"Hands of Transformation" is a call to embody the love and generosity of Christ through tangible acts of service. Rooted in God’s command to care for the poor, the oppressed, and the marginalized, this title reflects the truth that when we respond to God's call with open hands and willing hearts, we become instruments of His transformative power.

Through Hands of Transformation, we recognize that our service is not just charity—it’s ministry. It’s a response to the grace we've received, and a reflection of a life changed by Christ. When we give generously, feed the hungry, clothe the poor, or simply show up for someone in need, we are not just meeting physical needs—we are revealing the heart of God.

Live Transformed wants to highlight opportunities to put faith into action, inviting every believer to become the hands and feet of Jesus to a hurting world.
ONGOING MINISTRY
Summer Mission Project
Live Transformed has been given a wonderful opportunity to support two graduating high school seniors as they prepare for college! These students have worked incredibly hard and earned scholarships, but they still need some help getting ready for this exciting new chapter. We are so proud of their dedication and achievements, and we want to help make their transition to college life a little easier.
We’ve put together registries with items they’ll need as they head off to school. Would you consider teaming up with friends, neighbors, your Bible study group, or co-workers to select and complete a registry? All items can be purchased through Wal-Mart and will be delivered directly to us.
Let’s come together to show the love of Jesus in a tangible way during this special season of their lives!

CHURCH
Each week, Live Transformed brings worship, encouragement, and the love of Christ to the residents of Varenita of West Cobb. These services offer a time of prayer, music, and a message of hope—reminding every heart that they are seen, valued, and loved by God. It’s a sacred opportunity to serve, connect across generations, and live out the Gospel in action.
L.E.A.R.N. Foundation
Live Transformed is honored to partner with the L.E.A.R.N. Foundation to serve and uplift our veterans. Through this partnership, we provide support in the form of wellness trainings, clothing, hygiene items, and other essential needs. By meeting both practical and spiritual needs, we aim to restore dignity, offer hope, and reflect Christ’s love to those who have sacrificed so much. Together, we are helping veterans take steps toward healing, stability, and transformation.
Community Outreach
Live Transformed is committed to being a light in our community by responding to those in need with compassion and care. When individuals or families reach out to us, we assess their situation and offer support through prayer, encouragement, and practical help such as food, clothing, or resources. Our goal is to walk alongside people during difficult times, sharing the love of Christ and reminding them they are not alone.
